FBC London Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07412935), with its registered office at 14 Cheshire Street, London E2 6EH. Our VAT number is GB 102 4486 27.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your offer is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch — for example if a product is incorrectly priced or no longer available.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the point of order. We accept major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details.

In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted to your specification and typically take 6–10 weeks. Delivery dates given are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our reasonable control. Risk of damage passes to you upon delivery.

You may return in-stock pieces within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping. Made-to-order and customised pieces are excluded from this right. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.

Every piece is covered by our lifetime workshop guarantee against manufacturing defects. Natural variation in materials such as leather, linen, timber and stone is part of the character of a hand-built piece and is not a defect.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
