Returns Policy

We hope you'll love every piece you order from us. If not, in-stock pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery. This sits alongside your statutory rights as a consumer.
What you can return
Any in-stock piece, returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition and original packaging. Lightly used is fine; signs of installation, modification or damage are not.
What's excluded
- Made-to-order pieces (including custom fabrics, finishes or sizing)
- Bespoke commissions
- Samples and gift cards
How to start a return
Email care@fbc-london.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a returns authorisation and arrange collection. Large pieces are collected by our white-glove team.
Refunds
Once the piece is back with us and inspected (usually within 5 business days of collection), we'll refund the original purchase price to your original payment method. Original shipping costs and any collection fee for large items are deducted from the refund.
Damaged or faulty items
If a piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We'll repair, replace or refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
