In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces are crafted to your specification and typically take 6–10 weeks before dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I see a piece in person?

Can I request fabric or finish samples?

Yes. Order up to five samples free of charge from any product page, or email us with your requirements.

Can I customise a piece?

Many of our pieces can be modified — dimensions, fabrics, finishes. Speak to our client team or, for trade clients, your account manager.

What is white-glove delivery?

A two-person delivery service for larger pieces. Your delivery team will place the piece in your chosen room, unpack it, and remove all packaging.
